It is a 3D style, bronze buckle, made and signed by the Award Winning Artist Rich Myer, from back in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it has a nice patina, but doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2-3/8", it fits up to a 1-3/8" wide belt and it weighs about 3.1 oz. This item will ship securely boxed, via USPS Priority and will require a signature upon delivery.
