Very clean and low hour machine! Not one that was stored in grandpa's basement for 30 years. Very little cosmetic wear, and not musty or corroded. Someone before my stewardship replaced capstan belt, and pinch rollers. One pinch roller cap has a chip as shown. Doesn't affect playability. All buttons and functions work and have nice feel. Capstan motor appears to have been replaced as well; see pic of solder work on circuit board. My guess is a tech attempted to solve the mystery of the capstan motor not spinning, and this did not fix the issue. All the hifi web boards speak of a relay or transistor as being the cause of this capstan motor not engaging, which I believe is the issue here. I am not a tech of a caliber to troubleshoot or service circuit board items, and my local tech just retired, so I'm offering it up here for sale.  I have the service and owners manual in PDF form I'll send to the new owner as well. Super nice machine, sought after, and most arent this cosmetically clean.

We will double box ship this, and it will arrive nice and safe. Any questions, fire away. Thanks!
