This is an older wooden grocery minder wall hanging shopping list/wall pocket and comes with 5 plastic pegs. I could not find a maker or year on this. 

It is in nice condition normal wear, so please check out pics before buying.  It measure's 12 5/8" high to highest point and is 5 3/4" L x 2 1/2" W.
