An antique 19th century French hard-paste porcelain entirely hand painted Vincennes or Sevres "cracked ice" style tazza, probably an early Paris porcelain piece in the Vincennes style. I found 2 examples of this "cracked ice" decoration and both were Vincennes and Sevres cups and saucers. The tazza is just over 8.75 inches (22.5 cm) diameter and just under 2 inches (5cm) tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no flea bites, no repairs, just some light wear. There is an incised "X" and another incised symbol on the bottom, otherwise the tazza is unmarked. Please see the photos for details. Thank you for looking!
