Adorable handkerchief-hem dress has beaded accents on the bodice, skirt, and border.  It's all in fantastic condition.  Made in China, polyester, dry clean.  It's a cocktail-length dress, hitting just above the ankle.  The spaghetti straps are adjustable like a bra strap.  Fully lined, it slips over the head with no zipper or other closure.  The bust has padded, lined cups.  The tag says it's a size 18, but the waist is somewhat narrow, so please see the measurements for fit.  I am guessing that it would fit more like a 16.  Great for dancing in.
