If you would like the book shipped another way you must let me know at time of purchase.

I will do combined shipping on multiple book orders but to receive the combined shipping discount you must wait to pay until I send a combined book invoice. If you do not wait for the invoice you will be responsible for paying for each individual book to be shipped separate.
