I can't tell if this is a watercolor or a print but it is signed at bottom which makes me think it's a copy of a Samuel sprout.

It says ruins in Normandy painted by Alice for Uncle Charles. It's quite lovely and has a nice old gold frame but it has some nicks to it.

If anyone has info on this please let me know.

Selling with little knowledge but it does look like a watercolor painting to me and not a print.

Measures: 26.5" x 21.5" art is 17x12"
