The Pedler Co. Elkhart, IN "E" Series Wood Winds Clarinet With Case. I'm not a clarinet player, but it seems that all the keys are in working order, although the pads may need replaced.. The Cork on the one piece looks like it is missing SEE PIC#4  , still goes together well and tight. Case is in rough shape.
