Very nice original vintage 90s Girls Dress.  It is in overall great condition for its age.  I don't see any staining, holes, tears, or other damage to the fabric.  Th dress has a drop waist with a tie that ties in the back.  Also, on either side of the first layer of the skirt, there are 2 ties.  I suppose they could be tied into bows or left to hang. 

Arm pit to arm pit lying flat measures 16"

Waist lying flat at the drop measures 15 1/2"
