Mystery in a Corner, designed by Gay Ann Rogers, parts 1, 2, and 3, circa 2008, each unique

Absolutely beautiful geometric piece for canvas.
Making color choices is part of the project, and after part 1, there are stitching choices that make sure that everyone ends up with a unique piece to them. 

I have included photos of my finished piece to give you an idea of one possible color way and stitch pattern.
I evened out the edges of the piece to make it easier to frame.
We did this a group project in my needlepoint group a long time ago.
It was actually a lot of fun.

Materials list calls for 13' x 13" piece of 18 count canvas on stretcher bars.

Threads in the materials list are Caron Watercolours, DMC pearl cotton, Caron Impressions, and Kreinik braids.

Stitches include padded diagonal tent stitch, padded diagonal mosaic stitch, long diagonal stitch, cross stitch, straight stitch, Rhodes stitch, slanting gobelin stitch, Scotch stitch, Smyrna cross stitch, and eyelets.
