Questions are answered Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 - 16:00 any questions asked outside these hours will be answered the next working day.

We are unable to end auctions early as this is against our policy.

We are unable to offer ?Buy it Now? options on any of our items unless stated. 

Items can be paid for via PayPal which must be cleared before any goods are released. Items can be paid for by Bank transfer, details and instructions will be provided to winning bidders.

International bidders need to check their countries custom and tax duties. It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom tax incurred. This includes GSP terms & conditions.

International bidders please contact us for shipping costs to your destination prior to bidding. Unless listing has GSP as shipping option.

When stated in working condition it implies that the item was powered up and a basic functionality test was performed to determine if the item was able to perform its basic functions specified in the listing. Refurbished or tested, means its been fully tested.

We are unable to guarantee or indemnify the purchaser as to the full working functionality of components of any electrical equipment other than those specified.

We are unable to guarantee the longevity of any battery life supplied with any listed item.

Power supply/remote control

Unless stated in the listing, please do not assume that power supplies, and or, remote controls will be supplies with electrical items. If we are offering a power supply, and or, remote control with an item it will itemised in the listing and be photographed. May or may not included the batteries.

Refunds are only accepted if the goods are received faulty or not as described, if returned in original condition.

VAT is applicable to any item marked, where this is the case the words ?VAT applicable? will be displayed in the listing. The amount of VAT (currently 20%) is included in your bid there is no need to make an additional VAT payment. Any company registered for VAT who requires a VAT receipt. Please contact us. However, we do send VAT invoices with ALL orders

All items listed as collect only are done so for one or more of the following reasons; the item is too large, too heavy, too bulky or too fragile for us to be able to adequately deal with packaging and/or have access to the necessary courier services.

In respect of any such item; should the purchaser need to facilitate the services of a courier to collect their purchase there would be a requirement for the buyer/courier service to securely package the item for transportation.

Collecting your items

Your item will be ready for collection from after 12 midday on the next available WORKING DAY, (Mon to Fri), after payment has been made and completed. (On some occations, we may need to arrange a more convenient time for collection, outside the avove mentioned times, by mutually agreed appointment time only).

Monday to Friday. 0900 - 1600.

Saturday. CLOSED

Sunday CLOSED

Please note that you will need identification to collect your items and that if anyone is collecting on your behalf please notify us of their details prior to collecting.

All purchasers who buy items that are collect only, or elect to collect their purchases are requested to collect their items within two weeks of winning that item. We reserve the right to refund and relist any item not collected within this time minus any fees which this may incur.
