This is an artisan made, hand crafted, gold tone metal wire art buckle, from the 1970s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/8" x 2-1/8", it fits a 1-1/4" wide belt and it weighs about 2 oz.
