This is an artisan handmade, silver tone metal buckle with 3 blue mounts and a darkened background, from the 1970s. It is in pretty nice used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 4-1/8" x 3", it fits a 2" wide belt and it weighs about 3 oz.
