Vintage 1960s Union Made Red Flutter Sleeve Dress.

Absolutely Beautiful vintage Union Made dress.. based on how the Union made tag looks, I think it was from 1964 to 1973. Beautiful Flutter sleeves makes it classy. Her zipper doesn't want to go all the way up. A Small portion at the top is broken but there is a clasp at top to make it hardly noticeable. The underside has discoloration, it's orange and yellow colored but not very noticeable on the outside. I think its actually very pretty. I was planning on using this for vintage inspired Christmas photos, but I can't make her fit :(

Waist is approx 14 1/2 inches across. I think its more of an empire waist...so it hits about the rib area.

Shoulder to seam is approx 57 inches, has the Flutter accent on the bottom

Pit to pit is approx 18 inches.
