We do not have a way to fully test this so it's listed as 'for parts'.  It is being sold as-is and as-described. See pics. 

The unit does power up fine and there are no unusual smells of smoke, electrical or otherwise. 

I suspect due to its build quality and rarity, and that it powers up, there's a good chance it's ready to go, but PLEASE take precautions when hooking it up for the first time. We have not inspected the inside, but would recommend doing so before hookup.
