Please read the following...... If you are a collector that needs an item that has never been touched by human hands this is NOT the item for you.  At the time of manufacturing this item was provided with batteries in the talk box. Because of that I wanted to make sure that there was no corrosion in the battery box and that obviously the item was working So it has been removed from the box and tested.  Batteries were not replaced for the same reason as possible corrosion.   As you can tell from the photographs , the box has lots of bumps, bruises, dents, et cetera , so not a mint box.
