A very cool Pingu picture frame, where the frame is encapsulated in what looks like an igloo or ice blocks. I was unable to locate much information about the frame, such as a date of manufacture or any similar listings. The bottom of the feet show a copyright, made in china; and S.C.P. The frame height is 6.5” tall and 5.5” wide, so the picture space will be for a smaller picture than that.

It is in good condition with some mild wear. I have taken multiple photos to showcase the product and condition.
