Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted on the listing. Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days of delivery. If you need to return an item please submit a return request and follow the process to ensure a timely refund on your return. 

What to do if you think you received a damaged product... 

If you think you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can determine the best way to resolve the issue. Ensure you include feedback as to exactly what is damaged on the product, photos are extremely helpful.

Products returned that are damaged due to user error may not be eligible for a refund. We will not be shipping these back to you so please make sure you do not return these. When in doubt, send us a message.
