VTG KREN'S SPECIAL SIGNED STARR (possibly Dick ?) or is it a (Syracuse ?) "Stars" (bat day)??

Signed miniature Kren's Special baseball bat - as is

Is it signed "Starr" // or

"Stars"??( which based on our research - see 3rd photo - may be Dick Starr...)

I have been contacted by someone who is quite knowledgeable regarding Kren's bats.

He is of the (strong) opinion that the bat was a souvenir given out in the

1920s (diamond logo) at a game for the Syracuse Stars - they were active until 1929.

So we have two interesting possibilities.

Babe Ruth was in Syracuse at some Stars games in the 1920s. Imagine if this bat were given out at one of those games!!
