Here we have my Jan 1983 Yamaha RD 200 , as you can see it looks outstanding in one of the best colour schemes. ( i had an identical one in 1983 nearly new) I bought it a year ago from a classic bike dealer, thinking id use it more, but after multiple back operations, its clear that some of my classic cars & bikes are going to have to go as its to painful to use them. Ive been into town a few times on it, its nice and smooth to ride. Its still on the old points/condenser/brushes system which if u use the electric start a lot ruins the brushes, so ive had all that lot renewed professionally. Also the tank is all original metal inside and clean (no horrible tank liner) which is rare.
Please note.. this is a 41 year old classic 2 stroke bike, so even though its one of the best ive seen, please bear that in mind that, like all classics it will always need some love and attention to maintain it in tip top condition.
A matching numbers bike showing 14k.
Historic status now, so motc exempt & free road tax.
If you want to come and see it  in  in the flesh just drop me a line, we are just outside York.
After a few people asking, ive just done a little video of it starting first kick from cold.
