It measures 36" x 32" (90 x 80cm) and the napkins measure 10" x 8" (25 x 20cm).

There is a little applique design of small flowers in white. I believe the fabric to be cotton or maybe linen.

There are a few pulls along the edges primarily around the napkins and one of the napkins has a stain as shown in the last photo.
