This is a copper tone metal buckle, made in the U.S.A., by HD, back in 2000. The buckle is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2", it fits 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 3.8 oz.
