This lovely vintage necklace was made by Donald Brue Co of Chicago, Il. It bears the company mark on both the pendant and the necklace and indicates that both are 14k gold filled. The snowflake shaped pendant features a central pear shaped white opal surrounded by 8 raspberry garnets. This opal/garnet combination is found on several of this company's jewelry designs.

Opal: Length- 8mm, Width- 6mm

Garnets: 2mm Diameter

Pendant: Length- 7/8", Width- 3/4"

Chain: Length- 17"

No chips or cracks. Stones in good condition. The white opal has faint opalescence which can be difficult to see. Pendant and chain both have some tarnish, especially the chain. There is a place on the chain that feels like it is crimped or repaired. See photos for condition details.
