This is a 12-inch model of the Earth Starfleet starship Enterprise NX-01, manufactured by Art Asylum (now Diamond Select toys) in 2002. It is based on the hero ship from Star Trek Enterprise, which originally aired in the United States on UPN from 2001 to 2005. This vintage piece features damage on the box and comes without sound.
