Cover is in beautiful condition with no corner bumps, marks, or damage of any kind.  Includes 16mm film strip and color photo.  

Vinyl is a dark red, almost purple color.  Looks like a brand new record - no scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear EXCEPT for two tiny nicks in the vinyl which are apparently of factory origin.  You have to look for them to find them, but they are briefly audible in playback.  Comes in a clear plastic sleeve.
