Blinking Light Win (BLW) Rev 2. You know what it is, I know what it is. I bought this long ago to install, but never got around to it. At this point, it's doubtful I'll ever bother to use it. As such, and looking to clear space, it is here for sale. It was never installed or used. Only taken out of packaging for photos. Everything included is in the photos.
