It seems to be in pretty nice condition but selling as-is.  It will need a CLA/restoration to return to full working order.

Viewfinder looks clear, rangefinder double-image still has contrast.  Shutter works, though speeds may not be consistent.  Internal helicoid focusing is stiff.
