Up for auction is this hand split OSAGE ORANGE bow stave. It is 63 1/2 inches long, 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 inches high, and 2 to 2 1/2 inches wide. It is straight and has some twist. The growth rings are close. I see one small knot on the back. It was cut (live tree) 3-2024. The ends and back are sealed with polyurethane. It is a piece of PREMIUM Osage Orange wood.
