Writes in black ink - tested and working.
At the time of listing I can see no more of these available for sale worldwide - very rare.

I have owned this from new (from the Florida park in the 2000's) and it has been in storage ever since, never used or displayed so is in new and mint condition. Long since sold out & very rare.
