There is a sticker on the bottom that says "VR", but I couldn't find the manufacturer.
In my search it kept pulling up Murano, but this looks more like Czech art glass to me.
This lovely handled basket bowl is in overall very good condition.
The painted flowers are very clear and crisp.
However, there is a rather large crack on the one side where the handle connects to the bowl; see last photo.
