When I first acquired this receiver it was in excellent fully working condition but the AM/FM tuner had no sound. The phono and CD inputs worked fine and sounded great.
I had a parts unit so I swapped out the tuning boards. Presto, the AM/FM came back to life and sounded great. Tested it and everything works as designed.
It did not come with a remote control. I was able to purchase a genuine Denon RC-180 remote that controls the entire receiver perfectly. Comes with brand new alkaline batteries.
Ther are currently fourteen of these receivers listed on eBay. One is new in the box and is selling shipped for $261. One is for parts only (not working) and is selling shipped for $186.
