Tested and working as you can see from the pictures
It is in good used condition although it has been well used and does have some marks/signs of play wear
There are some scratches on the screen, I have tried to show these the best I can
Could maybe do with being opened up and cleaned in and around the buttons, if you feel it needs it(I did not want to try that)
It has a new replacement battery cover
The games are both tested and working, they have some marks/scratches on them from use over time(they are both cart only)
