This is a gold tone metal buckle with a stamped leather inlay, made by El Cid, in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/8" x 2-5/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 2.5 oz.
