A fixed arm from a traps-era Slingerland Chinese or tacked head tom-tom drum. Perhaps made by Walberg & Auge, these were sold on several US brands' drums in the 1930s and were one of the first solid tom holders ever designed. Nickel finish, 3/8" diameter arm, complete with mounting hardware.
Condition as shown with rust and finish wear. Has not been cleaned.
