Cartier Amulette de Cartier necklace XS Model, 18 carat yellow gold, Mother-of-Pearl 12mm pendant with an 0.02 brilliant-cut diamond. 

Used - worn only a maximum of 4-5 times and in very good condition.  The Mother-of-Pearl pendant has a very faint hairline mark at the front on the right-hand side, barely visible apart from very close inspection in certain lights, so faint that the camera is unable to pick it up.
