Unsure how to remove the bullet compartment, but you can pull the level front and back and then you can fire and it makes the distinctive clicking NERF noise - just need to remove the bullet slot and add bullets.

The scope comes on and off and has a crosshair

The stand folds up and down for proning and standing.
