We do not accept refunds because the goods returned due to the buyer refusal to pay customs duties,

Shipping

Item will be shipped out within 5 business days after the payment.

The items will be shipped via standard shipping. It usually takes around 3 to 4 weeks to United Stated, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and some European countries. But for other countries, it may need 5-7 weeks to deliver the parcel. It may take longer time if there is abnormal weather condition or customs control issue. Please kindly contact us for refund or assistance if the item doesn’t receive during the time. (If you want a faster service, please contact us before your bidding or purchase.)

Please contact us for further assistance if you don't receive the item on time. (Before opening up any "Item not received" dispute/claim, please contact us for a full refund if you don't get the package 35 days after your cleared payment.)

Return

All items will be tested or checked carefully and packaged in good condition before sending out to you.

Some faulty items might happen especially after overseas transportation. We offer 30 days Dead On Arrival Replacement Warranty from the date of receipt.

You will be responsible for the returning shipping cost, and we will ship the replacement at our cost after receiving the returned item. Please contact us for details before sending the item back to us.

Replacement or refund will be issued after the items are received by us.
