The watch has been serviced, checked and calibrated by watchmaker and is in good running condition. This unique watch was kept till our time in good condition. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as described. Photos are of the actual watch.

A LITTLE HISTORY:
Aureole was a Swiss Watch company that started in 1868, producing movements as well as lever watches. They specialized in very thin watches and in 1922 they began building completed watches for Vertex to sell under their own brand. By 1932 they were one of the first companies to produce a watch with a date complication. In 1948 the company was taken over by Marcel Choffat who relaunched it with new designs. During this new phase Aureole reached production as high as 400,000 pieces a year in 1968.
