This is Limited Edition Buckle #C11782, a gold tone metal buckle with enamel coloring, made by The Great American Buckle Company in 1987. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-7/8" x 2-1/4", it fits up to a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 4.5 oz.
