(1)Can I use curling iron and flat iron on this product?
Yes, you can. This is 100% Real Remy Human Hair Extensions. You can straightened, curled, washed and do any styles you like on it. But Please control the temperature under 120 degrees Celsius (=248 Fahrenheit).
(2)Can I tone these? Or would you recommend a purple shampoo?
A. If you buy Color #613, #60, #70, you can tone or dye it. But for other colors, we don’t recommend you dye it, cause it has been colored and it can’t be colored again.
B.Purple Shampoo will make the hair fade, so we suggest you not use it. You’re better use Shampoo that can repair damaged hair fiber and make hair glossy.
(3)Can I Bleach the hair ?
Only【Natural Black Hair】can be bleached, dyed hair can not be bleached.
(4)Why the hair extensions getting tangled?
 Because of dryness, oil, dirt build-up, salt, chlorine, the hair will tangle. Wrong combing method and high temperature iron on the hair also easily cause the hair tangle. We suggest that wash your hair 1-2 times per week, use wide tooth comb on the hair, or consult your stylist for more help, regularly trim the bottom of the hair and maintain the hair with hair oil.
(5)Q: Is this hair extensions reusable?
Sure, the hair extensions could be reused for 3-12 Months with proper care.
(6)Q: Can I go swimming with these hair extensions?
We suggest you not to do this, because the hair extensions can not absorb nutrients from the person's scalp and it will be destroyed by the salt in the swimming pool.
(7)Is the hair end of the extensions as thick as the top ?
No. To make it look more natural, our hair extensions are natural layered end. The end is thinner than the top of the hair extensions. If you want thick from top to end effect, please buy 2-3 inches longer and trim to the same length.
