This listing is for a 2009 $2 *Star Note* from the Dallas District Fr.# 1939-K*. The note is in uncirculated condition, and only 512,000 were printed. Condition is that the 4 corners are sharp, no offset, centering is a little off up and down as you can see in the scan, nice green seal. Will be posting more of the same year so the one you win is the one you get. On this note the last four serial numbers are 8960.
