An antique Hammersley English bone china Shakespeare plate with a raised gold border. The scene is titled Rosalind and is by Walter Paget. The plate dates from between 1910 and 1920. The plate is just over 9.25 inches diameter. The back of the rim has a small worn spot or flake that is not visible from the front (the tip of the pen is pointing to it), otherwise the plate is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no flea bites, no repairs, just some light age-appropriate wear.
