Minimal wear to the decal.  Gold trim has wear, and a few flea bite/rough spots but no chips as such.  The interior rim is slightly raised (this is about 1/4" inside the interior of the outer rim) and also slightly rough which appears to be from manufacturing or just age wear and use.  No stains, in good shape for milkglass that's been used for decades.  Heavy piece weighing 2 1/4 pounds pre-packaged.  Marked (raised embossed) on the base as shown.
