How to enjoy Pu-erh Tea Cake :
.Prepare the Tea Set: Start by preparing a tea set suitable for brewing Pu-erh tea. Traditional tea sets typically include a teapot, teacups, a tea tray, and a tea pick or Tea Knife (used to break the tea cake).

.Break the Tea Cake: Since Pu-erh Tea Cake is usually tightly compressed, you'll need to use a tea pick or other tools to gently break off a small piece of the tea. Each piece is about 2g, and 7-9g is put in at a time, so that the tea leaves have more contact with the water and the taste is better.

.Rinse the Tea Leaves: Place the broken tea leaves into a teacup and rinse them with hot water (around 95°C / 203°F). This step is to remove any dust or impurities from the tea leaves and awaken their aroma.

.First Infusion: After discarding the rinse water, pour hot water over the tea leaves again, but this time more than 20 seconds. Discard this 1-2 infusion; it is known as "waking the tea" and helps to enhance the tea's fragrance.

.Brewing Properly:From the third brew onwards, you will begin to taste the true taste of Pu'er tea. and it will taste better after brewing it for the fifth time (for reference only, everyone's taste is different)

.Multiple Infusions:Multiple Infusions: Pu-erh Tea Cake can endure multiple infusions, providing different aromas and tastes with each steeping. Feel free to reinfuse the same tea leaves multiple times to explore the changing complexities of the tea.
