Antique chalk Kewpie Doll and has a painted blue dress with yellow polka dots around the dress.  It does have about 2 small areas where some of the chalk has broken off, on the ear and toes.  I can't tell if it has wording on the back because of being under the paint.  See photos.  Thanks!
