Item seems to be in fairly good used condition. Some yellowing of body and legs. Head clicks. Battery compartment clean...all four phrases can be heard... some more than others. Red insert is a replacement.. not original. Box is original and shows wear. Some tears..has possibly been touched up in places... difficult to tell.
