The home button is ever so slightly on the "lazy" side, which does mean it can require a firmer push, but nothing to much and still works as it should.

This is a used phone and therefore a used battery. The battery will almost certainly not last as long as it once did, but no more than you would expect for a used phone, unless otherwise mentioned previously in the description.
