New York Central Empire State Express Railroad Belt Buckle Vtg 60s PSCo ...an awesome old 115 Year Railroad Commemorative belt buckle for the New York Central System, and more specifically The Empire State Express. This is a heavy, gold tone metal buckle with a raised image and lettering, made by the U.S. Pencil & Stationery Company, of W. Caldwell, N.J., in the 1960s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 6.1 oz.
