Signum makes an excellent dive watch, with some amazing dials, this one is called tiger-eye, and also has epic lume! These watches are super value. Moving this one on as the 38mm case is a bit small on my 7.5in wrist. I have another with a full lume dial in 42mm I'm holding on to.

Water resistance is not guaranteed. Any watch I have worked on will have had the seals re-greased and the case back
tightened down properly. I recommend pressure testing any watch you intend to dive with.
