Up for sale is a 1940s vintage Buren DH (Duetch Herr) mechanical wristwatch in excellent cosmetic and running condition. Has the classic German military specs: chromed plated case, small subsidiary seconds hand, black dial with large lumed Arabic numerals. Features a high quality Swiss made Buren caliber 410, 15 jewel movement that’s been recently serviced. Has an interesting 12 >>> stamped on the base plate.

The midsize case is a comfortable 34 mm in diameter without the crown. Newer acrylic crystal is clean and clear. The original crown has plating loss. Looks like the hands have been relumed at some point.

I’ve fitted it with a new Strapsco 18 mm distressed brown leather strap with a stainless steel buckle. Let me know if you have any questions. Remember, keep time the vintage way!!
